Funny enough I am not seeing any red overlay at all on the latest Git build for Windows?
Try the latest Git build v0.8.1-1116-g773115b - (Android).

But because there is not a build for Windows 32bit, only back at...v0.8.1-1102-g3d7abf9 - I used this build for my test on Windows 7 -32bit.
I used the following settings..........
                   
                           

There are a few glitches in the graphics in places, the overall speed is great & seems pretty smooth, only in loading screens & in parts of the video's that there are slight lags in speed.

Edit: Sorry the version of game was: ULUS10345
