Thanks for your time every one i did in fact downloaded the x64 visual studio c++ directly from Microsoft and re-installed after it said the error but the error is still there...

if i were to download the .dll were do i put them?
is it safe?

mmm.... i did some search on my laptop and i found the msvcp100.dll and the msvcr100.dll on a folder on my documents (a YGOPro yugioh game i have ) i know that is not the right folder right?
