I tested the game again on my Sony Xperia Tipo (Android 4.0.4)

Menu runs with 50% speed when the background movie is playing
Without it's 90%

Ingame runs with 35-45% (without many cars)
without buffered rendering i have max. 48% (without many cars) but too heavy flickers

When a car crash it goes down to 20%
