It's perfectly normal for FPS to be 30 if the game is coded for it. Developers for PSP code their games to run with the following internal FPS:- 1. Fixed 30 FPS 2. Fixed 60 FPS 3. Variable 30 - 60 FPS. 4. Some, like the MGS games (Portable Ops and Peace Walker) even drop to 20 FPS. Now if your Speed is stuck to 30, then you have a performance problem.
