I make little script app and set the Mac Os calendar to run it every morning.
As result, every day, after 10AM, i have updated PPSSPPSDL build automatically!

Next generation PPSSPP Helper now releases. Please help to localize it into Russian version. Thanks! If any bugs exists, please feel free to report them.

Just a little nitpick, you need to install the optional Xcode command line tools in addition to homebrew, SDL and cmake. You might want to update your main post with the latest version of your app and this information.
