You mean float frameskipping? Yeah, that's completely illogical and isn't working anymore (I must have done something wrong before) that's why i deleted my pull requests. But, if you are referring to https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/3025 then that actually make sense and works. But, there should be a better a approach.
