If you're referring to the Catalyst Control Center, then the answer is no, there is no specific CCC version that I'd recommend.

If you're referring to the drivers themselves,

For the 5xxx series, you should be fine with the latest supported drivers from the 13.x line of drivers.

I'd only recommend you to roll back to 11.11a if PPSSPP starts behaving badly with those latest drivers.

Updated the Tekken 6 situation.

Keeping Hardware Transform ON in Tekken 6 is now more beneficial for AMD cards in the latest (0.8.1-10xx+) developer builds.

Minor perf penalties apply if you switch it off, unlike the older builds.
