May I ask why on general discussions instead of commercial games? In my opinion it could be misleading, but for the rest I totally agree, one thread per game.

Because the official CWCheat thread is in General Discussion and Announcements...
And I think that cheating is not a good way to play games, so we shouldn't propose the cheats in the Commercial Games - Compatibility and Results subforum. Moreover, cheats have nothing to do with the "compatibility and results" from games.
