Confirmed. Will do a traceback to find the responsible revision for the regression.

EDIT:- 0.8.1 official is the last one which had visible characters. 0.8.1-232 already had invisible characters. Will do a further bisect to lock down the responsible commit.
Hi thanks! Downloaded the 0.8.1 version and the character is showing up! The minimap isn't though

Really liking this game so far...reminds me of Baldur's GateBig Grin
