 Well, given that you've supplied us with almost nothing to go on, it's hard to say what your issue could be. 1. What revision of the emulator? If you're not using an emulator provided by ppsspp.org, or from here(for the latest development builds/betas), I highly suggest switching to one or the other. 2. What are your PC specs(especially if you have an AMD/ATI graphics card...)? 3.
