There is a new method (code based) posted that fixes the music issue -BUT- PCSX2 does not have the capability of overclocking in contrast to PPSSPP so the code will not have stable 60fps.

It's unfortunate that development for PCSX2 is basically at a standstill, there are so many things they could improve still.
