This made me think it was playable... Uchiha, use the search button next time. :/ There is no way to fix it and if you are having FPS problems with the emulator your machine probably cannot handle it. There is nothing you personally can do about this game but as for FPS my suggestion is buy a new rig or don't emulate PSP. Sorry if I sounded rude wasn't meaning to come out that way.
