I just tested every font while launching the game and figured out which font is causing the crash. Its the Kr0.pgf. If you copy over every font but use the Orphis font for kr0 the atrac3+ does not crash in neither 32 or 64 bit**, and you get the improved PSP fonts in game.

**Edit: 64 bit still crashes but 32 bit works fine with all fonts but kr0
