On some games it's harder and on some others it's easier, like Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep.

So I'll start with a list and ways or codes how to archieve higher (or lower) internal framerates.

• Gran Turismo Portable
  
  Video modes change according to CPU frequency setting
  
  30FPS -> Set CPU Frequency to 222MHz manualy
  60FPS -> Set CPU Frequency to 333MHz manualy
• Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
  There is a code (CWCheat) that sets the framerate cap, you can force it to always set it at 60FPS
