Alrighty then.

Here are two massive PNG screenshots from Monster Hunter Freedom 3rd HD taken at 1080p full screen, one with AF disabled and and one with AF set to 16x. Default settings otherwise + 2xSSAA for both to eliminate aliasing from the equation.

External AF in my AMD/ATI CCC has been set to Application Controlled to prevent CCC from overriding the emulator's own AF settings.

AF disabled

Screenshots are best seen side by side on a massive, colour calibrated monitor. They are hosted externally because the forums do not permit images beyond a certain file size.

If you still can't see the difference in those lossless 1080p screenshots, I really don't know what else to say.
