No, just bind the stick to whatever you want. But remember that at this point, it's not like rightstickbind, where it can co-exist at the same time with other binds. It'll override anything else you have set; the UI hasn't been updated to allow for multiple binds yet. So my suggested workaround is:

1. DPAD up/down on your dpad
2. DPAD left/right on your RAS.
