RightStickBind no longer working on latest build?

I downloaded the latest build v0.8.1-490 and I can't see the RightStickBind option on the ppsspp.ini. I tried adding it manually under [Control] but it doesn't work.

EDIT:
I realize that I can now map analog stick axes in key mapping, however, the main reason I'm looking for RightStickBind is because I use it simultaneously with the directional arrows. So it sorta acts like a second arrow key pad for me. Is there a way to use them both instead of having to sacrifice either?
