This error is usually caused by trying to run a 64 bit app in a 32 bit OS. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately I am running Windows 7 x64. So I replaced some .dlls that I saw in a website, I'm no longer getting that particular error, however, it's still starting up and then saying "PPSSPP has stopped working." Sad
