Yeah, same here. Also game looks like in a little "slow-mo" because of this, though sounds and music are ok.
Actually it feels very accurate to the psp version to be honest. The gameplay on the psp does feel a bit sluggish I'm assuming that 20fps is the game's normal operating speed. It would be interesting to see if the frame rate could be successfully unlocked without breaking the game itself or causing a fast forward effect.
