The Dax did post his own PKG extractor here for a bit but it wasn't working as he had hoped so he removed it. All other PKG extractors do not working for MHP3rd atm due to a 'illegal character' error.

The problem is that the PKG extractor wasn't decrypting the EBOOT.PBP, leaving it unusable with npdpc/mangoose. I've done some crazy hacky solutions to get other PKG extractors to get the EBOOT.PBP (mostly hex editing, whee) but they still don't decrypt it, so no luck there.
