hello i'm new here, i play this game on ps3 and pc with englich patch you can have also all the dlc quest translated just grab them from teammaverickone, the only thing you cant get on ppsspp is the extra features aside from the dlc quests because they are saved on the main save file, the only way to get that content is if someone share the main save with the bonus content downloaded and then you could start a new game and it will be there.

Also wasnt there someone that released modded version of pkg extractor that extracts the contents of pkg to raw files?
