Enable "Force 60 FPS or less" for huge speed boost.
Disabling Buffered Rendering also gives speed boost but the that half transparent screen on the left side will become not so transparent(you have to increase your monitor brightness)and will cover the whole screen

Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

Batch iso <=> cso converter
