Smile [Request]Clock PSP CPU Options
I posted in my blog PPSSPP Brasil an tip for root users, that is change the CPUSpeed = 222 to CPUSpeed = 80. But many readers of my blog no has root in your devices, so I want to request that you devs add to emulador some clock options for this users.Smile
