u can use 3rd party app that's called USB/BT JOYSTIC CENTRE ..
then map this key -->
DPAD CENTRE : X
BUT B : O
BUT X : Square
BUT Y : Triangle
BUT L1 : L
BUT R1 : R
DPAD LEFT : LEFT
DPAD RIGHT : RIGHT
DPAD UP : UP
DPAD DOWN : DOWN
BUT START : START
BUT SELECT : SELECT

But for third-party applications I prefer to use the native applications.
Could I modify a certain file to solve my problem?

Because Sony will all provides native support for the DUALSHOCK 3 PlayStation 3 controller in the future sony mobile phones. So this problem will appear on other Sony devices.
