How do you do that? When I tick the 'lock CPU speed' option under System Settings, it locks at 222. I can't change that value.

1.turn the limiter on, exit ppsspp;
2.open up Root Explorer;
3.go to /dada/data/org.ppsspp.ppsspp/files/ppsspp.ini;
4.longtap it, press open with-text editor;
5.in the [CPU] section find CPUSpeed = 222, change to CPUSpeed = 80; (instead of 80, you can enter any number here, tested on 60-80 range)
6.save;
7.open ppsspp - check the setttings - disable frame limiter, if enabled.

May I know which version are you running? Because on 0.8.1 I can't find such an option.
