For the record, I've just tested it on v0.8.1-41-amd64 using windows 7.

Shotlock works just fine using my 360 controller:-

mine is 0.8-1-g3a3fbfc
windows 7 32bit and im using my regular keyboard
maybe i'll download the newer rev
