In modern days, Mobile refers to cellphones, usually. Most modern day laptops can just be treated as desktops for development purposes, AFAIK.

Eh, I'm not sure I agree, because laptops are indeed portable (more or less anyway thanks to high power consumption). Anyway I won't argue with you, but I was just double checking to see what the OP meant.
