IOS catchup: stuttering sound and missing atrac3+

As you know there are 2 main issues now on iOS: stuttering sound (#2245) and missing atrac3+ (#2041)

It would be great if some dev were to look into these, as it would be so nice to see the iOS build reach the same level of sophistication as Android.
