Maybe you can use at3plusdecoder.dll file on you older version put that file into latest 32 bit version Smile

it should work

If you want use 64 bit version put this dll on u ppsspp folder

(it should skip download at3plus section )

I worse write english so take easy on me
(even my own language realy bad T_T)
