Best mobile CPU and GPU for PPSSPP?

i try to run soulcalibor 4 on lg prada 3 (power vr sgx540), and it crashed and jump out!!
but on huawei y300 (adreno 203) it run and worked, but the frame rate is about 15-20 fps.

i think the adreno gpus are very better than power vr for ppsspp.
as you know the adreno 203 is clearly weak against power vr 540, but it run the game at last!
