No, the sound efects are not broken, they never worked since the beginning.
Ah drats. Thanks for the reply. Combone made it sound like the sound fx was present in a previous build.
Still doesn't exclude the Dragon ball games though.
monoat3 sound effects? On shin budokai 2 i can hear "fight" but is very very low on volume, the other sound effects are fine tho.
