There is always a video being played when you load the game, so it will always result into that.
The game also seems to hang for like 8 seconds when you open a treasure chest and it does some weird slowdowns and hangs, on slowdowns the VPS stay at 60 but it's like 15fps, doesn't happen on a real PSP so it's not an internal slowdown.
