How to load ISOs

I have the folder on my SD card called ROMs then PSP and inside it I have dissidia.iso but when I go the emulator and click load it brings so many options i go to sdcard 2 then to the folder where Dissidia is but the iso does not show, what's wrong?

EDIT - I am using a BlackBerry Z10 if that makes any difference.
