Enabling Atrac 3+ audio in recent builds(Windows/Android)

Since we seem to be getting asked this a lot, could we perhaps get this stickied? Credit for the mini guide goes to SolarMystic(http://forums.ppsspp.org/member.php?acti...e&uid=4171), so give him the props, not me.

1. Download latest revision from Orphis:

2. Download atrac3 dlls from Google Docs site here.

OR
2. On Android: Download the libs from here:

3. Place .dll file in your latest PPSSPP folder:
3a. If on x64, use atrac3plusdecoder64.dll
3b. If on x86, use atrac3plusdecoder.dll
OR
3. On Android: Place lib folder in the PSP folder created by PPSSPP(can someone confirm this is the right place?)

4. Enjoy.
