Nope. Just asking out of curiosity, as I can see most people in Homebrew threads asks for games and it seems no one warn them for asking pirated stuff, that's why it make sense that these games aren't really pirated thus named "Homebrew". Can you elaborate more which games are allowed to ask and which are not?

Ones made by independent developers and are released for free are okay, but commercial games released by companies looking to make a profit are off-limits.
