Add an option for auto-minimize frameskipping. You know when we enable framskipping, the game hangs/lags when there is very low detail and the speed shows 60 VPS without frameskipping, so we have to disable frameskipping for a while in order to run game smoothly in those situations. An option like auto-disabling or auto-minimizing frameskipping will help a lot in stability of games. This option can be seen in many other emulators, anyway!
