Yep, all the FF games and other Squenix games have functional BGM now thanks to the new at3+ dll implementation into the master.

I added the at3tool to my folder and im still hearing no BGM?

That's not how you do it, follow these instructions carefully:-

1. Download latest normal revision from http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp

2. Download atrac3+ dll from oioitff's google docs site https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1ftGc2t...sp=sharing

3. Rename the .dll file to at3plusdecoder.dll

4. Place .dll file in your latest PPSSPP folder.

5. Enjoy
