Look at this and download https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1ftGc2t...sp=sharing

rename to at3plusdecoder.dll and put in u ppsspp folder
It work for me

But it still dont work on MHFU sound fx Sleepy
I worse write english so take easy on me
(even my own language realy bad T_T)

Rig to test now :
Windows 8 64 bit (Laptop)

Nvidia GT720M 2GB
