Thanks a lot! I'm having a go at what you suggested.

Sorry for double posting.

It still didn't work. I opened ATI Install Manager, custom install and all it appeared in the list was Microsoft visual c++ redistributable and ATI Install Manager App. No catalyst control center or ati display driver.
Thank you for your help though. Any other ideas?
