That would be a better idea just in case does not comply to the GPL. Just like epsxe do with their OpenGL on Android and other platforms, it would be a good idea to make it a plugin which you would have to download 3rd party from the net and load into the main PPSSPP application. This would be like a saftey net to the main PPSSPP source as any issues would be taken up with the plugin source not the application itself.
