Confirmed with 0.7.6-866, FinalBlast make a new issues page on github for this. Heck, I'll do it.

EDIT:- Also seems to affect KH:BBS Final Mix as well.

EDIT2:- The last tested build not affected by this issue is ppsspp-v0.7.6-860-ge7da2c0. Can't test the builds in between 860 and 866 as orphis has builds for them.

EDIT3:- Scratch that, 860 also exhibits the issue randomly. Problem repro is a bit tricky for this issue. 853 is the last one not to exhibit the problem after testing for it 10 times in a row.

EDIT4:- The issue is rather tricky as it appears randomly. Repeat the following steps to get it to appear:-

1. Start PPSSPP

2. Start KH BBS

3. First info screen will show you whether there's a problem or not. It may or may not appear

4. Repeat steps 1-3 until it appears. On average, an affected build will exhibit the issue 5 out of 10 times.
