Got it to work, credit goes to daniel229 for the solution:-

1. Convert the game from PBP to ISO using PSN PKG Decryptor and Extractor

2. Decrypt the EBOOT.BIN using iso tool. Don't forget to place the converted ISO file into a newly created ISO folder within your memstick folder of your current PPSSPP emulator.

The big news is that iso tool actually works within PPSSPP itself. Holy crap, I didn't know PPSSPP was that functional with homebrew software meant for CFW'ed PSPs lol. Iso tool was supposed to be only used with CFW PSPs lol.

hey! good to know that this game is working on ppsspp, i followed your instructions but i still get error, "failed to load executable" ive converted the eboot using the aboves link, and iso tool too, get the same error.. is there something i missed? thank you in advance! cheers!
