Have you tried to use the latest available version of PPSSPP here ?

Problem solve man!.. it just because of the windows file protection shit on windows 8 that keeping from saving the game..hehe

Note:

for those who will get the same problem do not put your ppsspp folder to any system folders like "Program Files" or "Windows" if your using Win 7 or 8 to prevent this from happening.
