I don't speak french, BUT I can tell you that it's a known issue. I personally don't know the problem(s) when trying to load Portable 3rd, but I read somewhere that it has to do with copy protection.
I hear there's some magic you can do involving the PS3 version of the game...splicing files from that into the PSP version or something. It's a bit too complicated for me, truth be told.
Hopefully, they'll get sound working properly with the emulator and then Portable 3rd with haste
