Turbo Key not working on recent builds.

The turbo key is working, it just isn't having the same behavior anymore, but it now works the same way that makotech introduced on pc, you don't keep the buttom pressed anymore to have the game speed up, now instead it will just unlock the vps limit like before when pressing once, not sure what the second time does, and on the third press, it goes back to 60vps.
