Dragon Ball Z Shin Budokai 2

Hey guys, I have a Galaxy S2 - and was wondering if anyone might know why my FPS is seemingly full speed at around 50~ FPS for about 10-15 seconds, but then it stutters down to 30~ for 3-4 seconds making it quite sluggish and repeats this. I'm using V0.7.6-147-g2d49f84 and i've made sure my phone's power save option isn't on. I've also played around with the settings but haven't managed to fix it.

Also, I was wondering if there's any way to get sound working for this game? Enabling the sound option isn't working for me.
