why ppsspp can run MHP3HD while my psp can't

I think i got the answer.
psp can use only 32m memory while the game need more (it dump from ps3)
and i test it in pro-c which support high memory forcing for SEN NPDRM EBOOTs (64m seem)
ppsspp have no problem of this
i don't know whether i got the correct answer cuz i can't download the source code
