Hmm..how I do this?
Cause I checked the link and follow the provided link which show me this:

I select the file option and download all of it.When it done,I open it and it show me an "unknwon ppsspp emulator".I tried to run any game on it but nothing happen.I even tried to overwrite the ppsspp file 0.76 with this "unknown" ppsspp file but nothing happen too.

Ok,did you get the at3tool too? without that you can't even play audio too.
Do note that you have to find the at3tool.exe yourself on google.
Aslo,the latest build are this one,that build is pretty old and can't run this game.

click on File>Download,and extract to a new folder. don't just overwrite to your old ppsspp,leave it alone just in case.
