Hmm, that's strange that the behavior is different. It's not entirely related, but the commit that broke it was:

"Do alpha test equal compares using rounding."

By me. This fixes the alpha test compare function not working correctly, because of bad rounding. Maybe there's still some problems in some games... unfortunately, I don't have NFS Underground.
