RE: Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection
Build 0.7.6-272-g685e836-windows-x86.
Perfect gameplay. 60 VPS consistently. Visually flawless except for some Invisible UI elements that are only visible when Hardware Transform is disabled. Otherwise fully playable on the Windows platform, even with an ancient machine like mine listed in sig and maxed out settings (4xRR, 2xSSAA). Music still cuts off but other sounds (voices, effects, etc) are amplified and clearer. This is one of those games that can be considered to be a showcase for PPSSPP in terms of stability and performance, together with Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. I've spent hours on this game again on my PC with a 360 controller, and it's a much better experience (sans the audio) playing it on my 42" plasma hooked up to my laptop/PC via HDMI than playing it on my PSP with all the jaggies and low resolution screen. PSP games really shine when uprendered and AA is applied, in some cases it looks like an almost different game all together. PPSSPP Modern Testbed:- Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz 16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz Windows 7 x64 SP1 PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:- Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz 8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz Windows 7 x64 SP1 |
